                When someone teaching, active listening with mind on the topic

O – Observe

                When someone demonstrate/show, observe carefully how to perform it

P – Practice

                Take time to practice the technique, and ask someone to supervise (if necessary).

E – Edify

                Enhance what have learned in mind, even possible link it with other previous knowledge.
