			<title>Knowledge thru communication (by information)</title>
			<link>http://www.byostech.net/Learning/Knowledge-Part-III.html</link>
<description>Over here, I&amp;rsquo;m not trying to discuss the best communication method. Instead, just to show some possibility of happening to the knowledge transfer. Since knowledge can only be transfer by information. The original knowledge (in group of information) may not be exactly relay to second person in same form, due to few elements. First major element is the second person have it own knowledge inherit structure. Some other elements as below:Information integrity &amp;ndash; even though the knowledge in first person is perfectly alright, due to communication skill, languages use, etc; the second person may receive the information range from good to &amp;ldquo;corrupted&amp;rdquo; to recreate the knowledge. That&amp;rsquo;s why interactive sharing discussion will help to ensure successful of knowledge transfer. Studies of cognitive learning by cognitive scientist have a lot focus on this.Personalize of information &amp;ndash; human always carries emotion and personal feeling, the information pass on will also have own personal agenda/intention in term of &amp;ldquo;good&amp;rdquo; or &amp;ldquo;bad&amp;rdquo;. Beside that, information sometime also like politics having personal opinion formation in term &amp;ldquo;bias positively&amp;rdquo;, &amp;ldquo;bias negatively&amp;rdquo; or &amp;ldquo;non-bias&amp;rdquo;.Mis-information &amp;ndash; sometime with good intention, non-bias opinion, it is still possible to create passing on wrong information by un-intentionally (or maybe just blind copy from other). This example is easily found in some internet search.Aging of information &amp;ndash; over period of time, the past information may become reduced &amp;ldquo;usability value&amp;rdquo; to present situation. Or it became part of history &amp;ldquo;knowledge&amp;rdquo; for present reference only. Many examples happen to the fast pace changes of technology knowledge. Example from computer industry, we don&amp;rsquo;t need to know DOS (etc) to learn to operate current Windows XP or Vista computer system. Example from electronic industry, vacuum tube diode and triode operation theory is not known by any new graduate of electronic, and it have being replaced by solid state diode and transistor study. Even though human must go thru those stage of knowledge before it can become/evolve to present art of technologies. ** I don&amp;rsquo;t mean to undermine those &amp;ldquo;past&amp;rdquo; knowledge, as I do have learned it before. Now, it&amp;rsquo;s become a big part of implicit knowledge tacit knowledge for helping to learn and innovate future technologies.</description>
